I think that perhaps the opposition’s argument is suffering as in contains the underlining assumption that everyone in from middle class backgrounds, lives in central areas and is technologically skilled to some degree. This is a generalisation that fails to consider the minority groups I have listed above as well as the elderly (which is quite a large group in our society).
